PRIX NOBEL 2009 - UN OUVRAGE D'ACTUALITE Economie des coûts de transaction (avec Stéphane Saussier), Repères, La découverte, 2007. Pourquoi certains accords contractuels sont-ils plus conflictuels que d’autres ? Pourquoi certaines entreprises externalisent-elles une partie de leur production ? Les partenariats public-privé sont-ils un moyen efficace d’organiser la production de services publics ? La théorie des coûts de transaction est devenue un cadre de référence pour étudier les modes de coordination de l’activité économique. Cet ouvrage en présente les bases ainsi que les principales propositions. Son originalité est de présenter les différents champs d’application de la théorie ainsi que les tests empiriques qui la corroborent bien souvent.
